Tamukong Valentine is the Managing Partner of Liberty Law Firm and oversees the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day management. With over twenty-three (23) years of legal practice, he is an accomplished Corporate Counsel with extensive experience advising multinational corporations and SMEs.

He specializes in Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Telecommunications Law, Business Structuring, and OHADA compliance. His previous role as Pioneer Legal Counsel for Huawei Technologies Cameroon Ltd strengthened his expertise in high-level corporate advisory and technology law.

He provides legal guidance in complex negotiations, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. He is fluent in English and French.
